Despite our efforts, however, information on the site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products on the site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours. However, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials provided through the site.
The inclusion of any product or services on the site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

Terms of sale:

By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase a product, and representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorised user of the payment method provided. 
We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and we do retain the rights to refuse any order request without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has been made for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will refund your payment in the amount of the incorrect price. 
Please choose carefully, there are no refunds for change of mind, and no exchange or refund on special or custom orders. Please read our ‘Policies’ page before making any purchase.

Payment terms:

Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Online purchasers can pay by credit card, debit card, and some bank transfer services including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. 

Shipping:

All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 3 business days pending payment verification. Orders within Australia have free shipping over $100 and they are sent via Australia Post Registered Express, with signature. A same day courier service is available for Melbourne Metro at the customers cost, please enquire for a quote. Collection in store is also possible. International orders are $30 when spending under $100, $50 for orders between $100 and $5000 and over $5000 they are free. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Please check your countries policies on accepting Jewellery through the mail before ordering.
